Company Information
Mooteric is a Bakersfield California based company whose mission is to help dairy farmers reduce their enteric methane footprint while providing additional income to the dairy farmer through carbon monetization and improved feed efficiency. Mooteric provides financial models to farmer partners, with total head count exceeding 250,000 cows, that give farmers the tools to make business decisions around feed additives and other methane reducing and capturing methodologies.
CDFA Grant
Mooteric was awarded a grant from the California Department of Food and Agriculture to test the efficacy of two different seaweed based feed additives and to create financial models for the California Dairy industry for use of the additives. The results are posted on this web site.
